The beast was there, lying on the floor
Orange, black and grey, tail to mouth
Eyes, paws or ears were nowhere to be seen
The beast was there, waiting for its prey.
The beast was there, proud of its strength
Tail, body and a toothless mouth
Without heart or remorse
The beast was there, lengthening his neck.
The beast was there, eating around
With a roaring sound coming from its entrails
Without mercy or conscience
The beast was there, swallowing dust.
